Holiday Inn Lockport

We arrived early on a Tuesday after having riden bike from Buffalo. They would not allow an early check in and our rooms were ready. They charged $150 per room for incidentals. We slept well with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. I wouldn’t stay here.

Stay away stay far away !!! Reservation was incorrect and the host was absolutely rude no other rooms available??????? Room smells like vomit and no ac working! Went to front desk to change room …. None available of course! Stay away does not deserve the Hilton name!

Spent 4 nights there; will not be returning. The building is a former Best Western. It was easy to find our room because it was next to a huge stain in the carpet. We got coffee cups, but no coffee maker. Coffee in the lobby was lukewarm. Breakfast was sparse, and the lobby fridge from which you can buy food and drink was mostly empty. It had nice beds and linens, but the room had no drawers, only shelves. There was no exhaust fan in the small bathroom. I can’t imagine a family staying there. The people at the front desk varied from welcoming to bothered by our presence. The only bright spot was the woman from housekeeping (I think her name was Charlene). She was very upbeat and friendly!
