Room was nice, Location was great. The room was as advertised, although there was not anywhere to sit other than a bench in the corner. That was a bummer after a day on the beach, when we wanted to relax but not necessarily shower to lay in bed. The room was not as clean as other brand-name hotels, but nothing concerning or gross (just some dirt here and there, scuffs / old hardware). The rooftop pool was a nice amenity, we would often go after the beach to relax in more shade. There was a constant breeze keeping it cool, and great views of the beach. By far the best part was the location! Right across from a beach that we had access included as part of the stay, plus free towels and chair rental. There was a delicious snack shack (Riptides) and ice cream shack on either side of the hotel. It’s also about an 8 minute walk from the restaurants on the main road. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially want to shout out Sharon at the front desk for carefully and patiently explaining everything to us! Beware: stay away from the restaurant as the service was terrible and slow, the food was not great, and overall the low point of our stay!
