Rooms are old and moldy. Go elsewhere!

Excellent location of the hotel on the beach and just meters from the center of Montauk. Simple hotel, but with a balcony to the beach and 100% ocean view. Very spacious room, small bathroom, and fabulous balcony!! It has been recently renovated. Good-sized heated pool.

Nice motel, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great location. 1 block to town but they close pool and hot tub at 6pm. No restaurant and many gay couples staying here. Didn't know it's listed as #1 LGTBQ motel. Ice machine may or may not work. Some rooms have smart tvs others don't so if you want to stream ask for new TV and best perk, beds are comfortable but rooms have no usb ports. Wifi is fast. Pictures of rooms on website are accurate.
