Recognizing great service and food. Charline was our serverthis morning at breakfast. She provided exceptional service by making great recommendations, checking in at just the right moment, and being very friendly. Would ask for her again!

The A/C sounds like an airplane engine, the Food at Alba was disgustingly over cooked and probably under heat lamps, no beach service, towels, water or umbrellas, doors squeaked so loud woke up the kids, there’s a green flashing light over the bed that flickers all night. Not enough staff, room was expensive. It felt like they gave up on the season, no flowers or plants in most planters.

Nice area with a handful of sea views around the whole place. Hated that the main pool was adults only, but family friendly pools were also available. The rooms are average with a very luxurious shower with aesop amenities. But we could hear every move the people on the top room were making. It was to the point where I thought the ceiling was about to collapse because we could hear their footsteps.
