GEM Hotel Chelsea

Great hotel in an excellent neighbourhood. Staff extremely attentive and really went the extra mile, Juan and Princesa on the front desk really made the difference. Thank you, I will be back!

I had an amazing experience at the Moore. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Princesa and Juan at the front desk. They were so accommodating in helping me any time I had a question or needed guidance. My room was super clean and cozy. Also, the bed and bedding were very comfortable to sleep on. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!

Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice rooftop bar. Overall great experience
