Mela Hotel

Lovely hotel in the heart of Times Square. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight, tired and exhausted, and Adrian at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. He got us settled right away, which meant the world to us. The hotel itself is truly lovely. Highly recommend!

Stayed in the Aura Hotel for a Broadway theater weekend. What a great hotel! Perfect location, larger than average clean comfortable room, and much more reasonably priced than any hotel in the neighborhood. Alam was super helpful with anything and everything we needed! Highly recommended and I’m sure they’ll see us again!

Tremendous service at Aura Hotel upon my arrival. My booking had a problem created by a 3rd party provider and Adrian on the front desk went above & beyond to make it all right, and done in the space of 10mins along with securing me an early check-in, excellent service and very much appreciated !
