Quality Hotel & Suites Niagara Falls

My (adult) son and I stayed here for three nights. The first night we were in a room that reeked of smoke, the phone pad wasn't there to call the front desk, no shampoo/conditioner was provided, the shower door handle was dangling off the door, the safe was not open to use and the floor was not vacuumed and filthy and the dresser drawers didn't close. We relocated to a similar room the next morning. Our second room had other problem, the TV remote did not work, the duvets and carpets were stained, the bathroom sink faucet was dripping the entire time, the Wi-Fi was so spotty, I couldn't send emails. Both room: the toilet/ shower space was too tight - and I am petite and thin; even I had a hard time maneuvering in the space to close the door. As for the facility: the pool was out of order for one entire day, there was too many small children in the spa and was not relaxing at all, the Legends bar was poorly stocked and a "menu" was on the bartender's personal phone. The elevators reeked of marijuana after 5 pm every night and there were people smoking pot out in the courtyard near the rear exit. The "breakfast" was as poor quality as the facility. I will not ever stay here again.

That was the only hotel within walking distance from Niagra Falls that was available last minute and charged a decent price at the end of July. I did read all the bad reviews and still was hoping for the best. No such luck. The carpet was filthy. The window was smeared in smth white from the outside. Broken toilet paper holder. Toilet paper so thin, even at gas stations are better quality. Stained bathtub, peeling door. Nobody ever thought of cleaning on top of A/C or the windowsill. Breakfast is a joke, couple of fruits, bagels and about 40 people line to 2 waffle machine - insane. On the good note, they have free water in the lobby. And their breakfast room is in the same area as papa John's, so you dont even have to leave hotel to get pizza. Also although they take you to the employee room to store your luggage, they dont really supervise who takes what. Not a good practice. Good thing it was only one night

Stayed at Niagara Falls, NY. Parking iffy. NO WASHCLOTHS ( “ We were sold out yesterday and we’re still waiting for laundry”) Shampoo dispenser empty. TV directory was NOT accurate. Continental breakfast was missing most of the menu. Front desk gentleman was welcoming and cordial
