Best Western Syracuse Airport Inn

Hi. The room was comfortable but the tub drain was backed up and the tub faucet takes muscle to turn it on. But the worst part is the fact that I was told that I had to leave and find another hotel. They were closing. Wow. Plus no breakfast was being served. They did give me cereal and milk but the Holiday Inn where I went WAS serving breakfast. Much better experience at the Holiday Inn!! Ugh. 🙄🤦☹️

Used this hotel before and after our trip to Mexico. Bar onsite was super expensive but otherwise very convenient. Shuttle to the airport was awesome as was breakfast (keto options, always a win in my book). Oh, also we received probably the best shuttle/check-in/breakfast service ever from a man named Curt! Thanks Curt, we appreciate you!

I found hairs (not mine) all over the bathroom floor and on the soaps when I wanted to take a shower. Really disgusting!!! When I told the staff about it, they didn't even seem sorry. Unfortunately, I didn't check the room for cleanliness just after my check-in, and I realized that the next morning. I strongly recommend that new guests check the room as soon as possible!
