This is an older hotel and is very run down. We had a large room with a sitting area small tv,fireplace, ac unit. And a whirlpool tub in the sitting area! I think in its hay day this was a great room. Also think they gave us one of their nicer rooms. The doors were hard to shut and people were slamming them all night long. Also when someone ran their shower in another room we could hear it and it sounded like a train going through the room. There were all sorts of loud banging noises through our two day stay. The tv does not stream but the remote was worthless. Maybe I was doing something wrong! The breakfast was sufficient and most local restaurants aren’t open very early for breakfast. The little town is cute. The staff here was wonderful and they try so hard. I didn’t complain about the noises because they would have been too hard to lock down their locations. Housekeeping was non-existent. My room was available after 8 am and by 3pm the cart had not moved and they never came to the door. It was not a horrible stay but could have been a little better.

Not only is the hotel tired, but there are Jacuzzi tubs in the main room (not in the bathroom). When the guests in the room above me decided to take a bath at 11pm, the noise (akin to a low-flying plane buzzing the roof) took me out of a sound sleep and continued rattling the room for about 15,minutes.

This hotel is terribly outdated and unkept. I pulled into the large parking lot and should've turned around when I saw hardly any vehicles parked there. Long corridor to get to the elevator is creepy as is the ill-lit courtyard outside the hotel. I did not feel safe coming in from Main St. at night. Very poor soundproofing - could hear every intimate thing from a couple doors down. Felt like I was in a frat house with the partying/hooting noises all night long - and, this was on a weeknight. Couldn't tell if the noise was coming from the street or somewhere in the hotel. Do not stay here.
