The place was unkept. The gym facility was laughable. There were no free weights and had some weight balls that were light and can barely provide any weights for exercise. Even a little child can easily pick up the weight and balls. The fitness room was small and had only 3 pieces of equipment. The pool was small and water was cold even though it was indoor. No hot tub. The staff lied and said no extra pillows and comforters available. The people next to us were disgusted and appalled when they had to pull out a long strand of hair pulled out of their oatmeal. Staff didn’t do anything about it when they informed them. Filthy and unsanitary. They wouldn’t provide extra water bottles for diamond honors. Quite a disappointment.

Facility was filthy and room smelled like mold/mildew. Management would not refund our money for the first night. Was great several years ago. Only the wealthy can afford decent accommodations. Sad.

I had to change the date I was staying at this property last minute. I called the front desk to explain the situation and that I was going to stay the following night. They assured me I would not be charged for a Late Cancel since I was changing my reservation from 7/8/25 - 7/9/25 to 7/9/25 - 7/10/25. They ended up charging me for the cancelled stay anyways. Management was completely unwilling to refund the cancel charge even though I stayed the next night as discussed on the phone with the front desk. This is a FRANCHISE Location with GREEDY Ownership. I will never give them my business again.
