This property processed an unauthorized second charge on my credit card for a stay fully prepaid via Chase Travel.
When I discovered this and contacted the hotel, my requests were repeatedly ignored until I escalated the issue to IHG Corporate. Only then did the General Manager immediately provide written confirmation that a refund would be issued.
However, after waiting 10 business days with no credit processed, I requested a verifiable transaction reference number. Instead of a legitimate refund receipt, the manager sent a copy of my original $0 checkout folio, falsely presenting it as proof of a reversal. Furthermore, when I submitted a corporate survey regarding this billing issue, IHG corporate informed me they would not publish my feedback.
Due to this severe lack of financial integrity and the brand's censorship of legitimate complaints, I am highly dissatisfied and cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel is nothing fancy and has a small area for breakfast. The breakfast is amazing and even surprised us with waffles and other sweet things like chocolate muffins and sugary cinnamon buns. They have a nice pool, exercise room, office area and many free board games. The bathrooms were spacious but had the soap all the way on the far wall of the bathroom, too far from the sink. The people at the front desk are nice and quite chatty. Trying to find the hotel can be difficult because it's hidden behind a gas station. We missed the turn and had to circle back. They have coupons for the restaurants around the area which is great because most of the places are expensive. It's a great place to stay at in the area!

We stayed 2 nights-family of 2 adults and 2 elementary aged kids. Had a fine stay, but probably wouldn’t return.
The good:
-our room was clean and seemed to have been updated
-breakfast had a variety of options and adequate seating
-I read reviews that there was highway noise in some rooms. We always travel with a sound machine. Our room faced the highway but we didn’t notice any noise that affected our sleep.
The not so good:
-It was very difficult to find the hotel. It’s tucked behind a 7-11 and some trees, and there is zero signage on the road.
-While not a super scary area, it doesn’t seem to be in the best area of town. The back door to the hotel has a card swiper but that’s been disabled, so anyone can get into the hotel from the back.
-There seemed to be issues with humidity control in the rooms. Our room was extremely “wet” for most of our stay.
Overall, it was an ok stay, and close enough to museums and restaurants, but we’d try a different place if we were in the area again.
