Extended Stay America Rochester - North

My boyfriend has been staying here while on an interim assignment so I am not paying this bill. I am here visiting him. I didn’t question the cleanliness because his weekly housekeeping day was the day before I arrived - until my second night’s tub bath. There was a very long dark hair on the tub edge that wasn’t there before and a couple of spots of debris(?) in the tub. (Who was in our room while we were out?)So it was not clean. We then cleaned it ourselves. The bathroom fan grill is filthy with lint and dust. The bathroom smells somewhat of old urine. Bathroom fan and light are on one switch so fan is on all the time the light is on & it is very loud. The fridge is full size which is good but the front is covered with rust stains. No luggage rack. Is this chair supposed to be a recliner? If so, it doesn’t work. Pluses: bed and pillows comfortable, quiet, good room-darkening drapes, supplied iron & ironing board.

Called at the last minute due to hardship and they had a handicap room available. The front desk person, Tia was VERY helpful! I will definitely stay here again!!!

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. One room did not have a working tv. One room wreaked of smoke, even though it is obviously supposed to be "Non-Smoking". The atmosphere is one of a cheap, continuous white trash party. The owners are rude and do not speak English well enough to communicate with accurately.
