⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. I was in the area for appointments and testing at Mayo Clinic, which can be an overwhelming and stressful experience, and the way I was treated at this hotel genuinely made a difference. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They treated me like a person rather than just another guest, and that kind of compassion means so much when you’re away from home dealing with medical appointments. Every interaction I had was met with patience, warmth, and a willingness to help. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed after long days at Mayo. Having a place where I could come back, relax, and feel taken care of gave me one less thing to worry about during an already difficult week. What I’ll remember most, though, is the people. Excellent service is always appreciated, but genuine kindness is something you remember. I’m extremely grateful for how well I was treated during my stay and would absolutely stay here again. I would especially recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area for Mayo Clinic. You’ll be in very good hands. Thank you for making a stressful trip feel a little easier and for showing me so much kindness. It meant more than you probably realize.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at The Towers at Kahler Grand. The concierge staff were friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Snacks and meals in the lounge were nice to come back to after long days at the clinic. Eryn and David went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable.

Kendra made our checkin and checkout processes smooth. She is delightful to work with and very helpful.
