HAMPTON INN - SUITES SARATOGA

This was the nicest Hampton inn I’ve ever been too !! So nice !!

This was the third time in two months my husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn. Each stay was simply perfect. The hotel desk staff were very accommodating of our need including those of our pup Sadie. A special shout-out to Ben!!! You’re the best!!! We had mimosas with breakfast in honor of the horse racing festivities. Fireworks and music were just steps away from the hotel along with wonderful dining options. This is the very best place to stay in Saratoga - clean & friendly!

We stayed one night at Hampton Inn while passing through Saratoga Springs and were delighted to be greeted by Ben at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Ben was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic. He carried himself as though he worked at the best place on earth and was having the best day ever checking guests in. His energy was contagious and made our family feel instantly at home. There was something almost magical about the experience—like stepping into a fairytale after a long day of travel. Ben didn’t just brighten our evening; he went above and beyond. He shared a printed guide of restaurant recommendations that he and a friend had thoughtfully put together for guests, organized by cuisine and exact distance from the hotel. It was an exceptionally helpful touch and a perfect example of genuine hospitality. Most importantly, Ben made our kids smile and turned a routine hotel stay into a memorable experience. This was truly five-star service in every sense of the word. Ben, thank you for making us feel special. Hospitality is clearly the right field for you. I hope your talent and dedication are recognized with many opportunities for growth and success. You are a star, and Hampton Inn is lucky to have you!
