Saratoga Arms

This beautiful boutique hotel right downtown may have been the best place I've ever stayed in terms of guest services - communication was constant from the minute we made our reservation, received suggestions for dining and exploring (and offers to book if we wanted), an actual video explaining the (free!) parking options, and even a pre-check-in form for special requests (room temp? extra pillows? what size robes? more waters? extra towels?). So I was extremely pleased to find the amazing service continued at checkin and throughout our stay! The rooms themselves (standard King) were lovely, so comfortable, great beds/bedding. Every single member of staff was very pleasant and helpful, there's an indulgent 24/7 selections of goodies and snacks and waters, and be sure to include breakfast - it was so delicious each morning (we reserved the porch - beautiful!!). Evening cocktails on that porch were a bonus. Would 100% stay here again - I'd come just for the hotel experience alone! Highly recommend!!

This is a gem in historic downtown. The staff was amazing, the room and cleanliness was superb and the breakfast was off the charts. We habe stayed here many times and always enjoyed it. Quintessential Saratoga Springs!

Stayed this summer in August. Very expensive. $900+ for the room but it was a last minute decision. The facility did not disappoint. Nice room comfortable bed. Generous breakfast included. You can sit on the porch and have cocktails until 9PM which is fun. Cocktails, Beer and Wine very expensive. Glass of wine was $18. Its very clean and tastefully decorated. 5 minutes from race track and a quick walk to many restaurants.
