The staff is unbelievably rude and in no way providing a service in HOSPITALITY. They gatekeep the Hilton Honors as if it comes out of their pay. Not to mention the 4 dead bugs and 2 pills I found in the bed and on the floor of my room upon check in. I travel to Hilton Hotels frequently, and this is without a doubt the absolute worst experience every single time.

We love everything about this hotel. The staff, the food, the room and the hospitality is truly amazing. On two prior trips both Lois and Richard (owners) went from table to table at dinner and introduced themselves and asked if there was anything they could do to may our stay better. It’s no wonder the staff is the way they are with owners like this.
