We booked a stay from April 11 through April 25 and on April 15 we were kicked out of the hotel together with every guest because they had a court order agents shutting down the hotel with less than 2 hours notice to its guests on April 15,2026. I am beyond angry. They basically stolen 2 weeks from us. I have not received any reimbursement from them and probably never will. I end up having to pay for another hotel at least second. I’m beyond frustrated that corporate is not even addressing this problem. I will never ever use this Hotel brand again. They have no respect for they paying customers 🤬🤬🤬All we got was a crappy notice on everyone’s doors 2 hours before getting kicked out by court agents 🤬So disrespectful

Upon walking there was a roll of toilet paper on the floor in the lobby , that should have been the first clue to run!!!! Total dump , there was hair and food in the beds, piss stains on the bedding and pull out couch. Sticky substance on the night stand, ramen noodle and a fork shoved in the couch. C*M stains all over the couch cushions ..just run !$!!! Will be calling for a refund
