Springhill Suites Syracuse Carrier Circle

Marriott is my go-to hotel, and this one was no exception. My only complaint is that there is no night light in the bathroom. Yes, removing a star for it may seem a little heavy-handed, but why hotels do not put a night light in the bathroom is beyond me.

We stayed here for one night as a family on our way to NYC from Niagara Falls. Room was decent and felt clean. The front desk was super nice and attentive. Nicer than some of the luxury or higher end properties we’ve stayed at on this trip. It isn’t really super close to a lot of food so you have to drive a bit.

The hotel is decent. The pros include a pretty good breakfast spread, late afternoon charcuterie snacks, and friendly staff. The location is awesome if you are looking to book near Syracuse University and the airport. The cons: the bedrooms could use a bit more cleaning. There were stains on our sheets and comforter, and little black particles were also on the bed.
