Quality Inn and Suites at Binghamton University - Vestal

Great location. Phenomenal mattress. No complaints. Front desk folks were very nice and let us check in early. Room was huge. Everything was very clean, very close to the university which was the reason we came. Had fun making the apple cinnamon waffles with the waffle machine. Unlimited complimentary coffee in the lobby, I really don’t understand the negative comments. It’s not the Taj Mahal, but it’s a perfectly fine motel.

Would not Recommend, they don’t clean anything not even the coffee makers I’ve seen roaches crawling into the room door from another room which is so disgusting. There’s mold and hair that they chose to just leave there. Also the people that work there, the meanest snobbiest people I’ve ever met they act like they are so much better than you which is far from it since all they do is sit behind the desk doing nothing not even getting you something you need . I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable

Halls smell like dog poop, and room smells like dog poop mixed with some sort of air freshener. rooms very dated and seems dirty. It's nothing like the pictures shown. We were told by a friend whose kids went to Binghamton University that this is their favorite hotel. Their kids graduated several years ago. Perhaps the hotel has gone downhill since. Will not be staying again.
