The rooms smell awful. It may be the plumbing or the AC units but multiple people in our group had to switch rooms because of the odor. The pool was overcrowded and dirty. There was food in and around the pool.

I have stayed here on a couple of occasions and was happy with this property. Location is great: right off the thruway, with stores and gas stations near by and a Chile's right next door. The hotel offered decent, basic accommodations in a good location. This stay I was disappointed. The young lady who checked me in didn't want to be there, or so it appeared that way. My room, while good in size and fairly clean had some shortcomings. Television was very small and old. The refrigerator was very loud: so loud I ended up unplugging it so I could fall asleep. Shower did not drain properly so I was standing in 3" of soapy water when I was finished, and it was a quick shower as the water did not get hot: "luke warm" was the best I could get. Maybe I had a bad room but I would have to reconsider staying here if back in the area again.

Conveniently located near the NYS Thruway, gas, and Chili's restaurant. Quiet and clean room with 2 queens on the first floor as requested. Great value with breakfast included, all day coffee and tea, and room with microwave and refrigerator. Everything was in working order although the bathroom will need updating soon. Concierge gave me a welcome kit of waters and sweets.
