Worst experience in a hotel ever. We are military retirees. They threw us and our 86 year old granny out of the room she paid for and called the police to have us escorted off property. This was done by the General Manager Kelsey, solely as a way to flex and show her distain for military retirees. Apparently she does this to anyone that disagrees with her, according to the Police. We traveled with our disabled/handicapped 86 year old Granny. Because we wouldn’t get Granny up and dressed, walking her across the hotel to the lobby so they could validate her card. No flexibility. This was in a room we’d stayed the night before. So they threw us out of the hotel and called the police on us. We had already paid for the room this was for incidentals.
