The Residences At Biltmore

You will have a better experience staying at a Best Western Hotel. Terrible parking, no customer service, pool and hot tub locked out. Horrible insulation so you hear everything and people shouting around you.

Check-in was very friendly, plenty of information available. We were given a nice studio unit at the top of the resort., easily accessible from the top car park, which we were correctly informed is the smallest and therefore fills up, not an issue to use the next one down and the elevator. The unit was clean and everything worked well, nice balcony. Appreciated the washer/dryer. Pool area is large with a big pool (unheated) but the hot tub was under repair and looked unsightly. Easy access to Biltmore (we did not visit) and the Blue Ridge as well as Downtown. Overall a nice stay (we stayed Fri/Sat nights so was full and fairly expensive but still was a pleasant experience).

Definitely a good location if you’re trying to visit the Biltmore, however, these condos are very unkept stains in the carpet, dirty walls that look like they need painted pool is closed. Restaurant was closed.
