Nantahala Village

We stayed in a cabin. Went to make dinner and stove was unplugged- not useable. No toaster in morning. Swimming pool’s filtration not on- still water not healthy. No one available after 5 . When we reported problems- staff did not care.

The cabin we stayed in had serious water pressure issues. I took my daughter and my two grandchildren. We did sink baths because the water would turn off and on in the shower. We altered management. They said there was not anything they could do until the next day. We were only staying one night. The beds were extremely saggy. Management said they would give me some compensation when I checked out, and they would notify me in a couple of hours. I have not heard from them and its been a day and a half. This place was expensive for one night and the quality was poor. I would not recommend it to anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful stay at Nantahala Village Resort in Bryson City! The resort is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountain views, and perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff made us feel so welcome from check-in to check-out. One of the best parts was the quiet atmosphere and stunning scenery — waking up to the fresh mountain air was amazing. The location is also great for outdoor activities and exploring the area. Everything about our stay felt warm, relaxing, and memorable. I truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway!
