Holiday Inn Raleigh Cary

Leigh from the front desk is WONDERFUL! She assisted me and my family with our check in and offered any help we needed with no issues! And to the GM Christa , she was amazing . She assisted us as well and always had such a wonderful and positive attitude and big smile on her face . The breakfast was amazing and the housekeepers were also. The rooms need updating because they are outdated , had to get our room switched because of the smell not sure if it was from the carpets or not but it had a foul smell. The overall stay was great! Thanks again to the front desk team and the GM for making it our home away from home!

Horrible. The room smelled like urine. Dusty, dirty, old, smelly. Awful. There is a bar right in the hotel entrance area and there were "undesirables" lingering around in the hotel lobby as I checked in. Not good. Breakfast was good, however, it is not really complimentary. You have to ask the front desk for a "voucher," and in my experience, the worker gave the voucher reluctantly. I would not advise anyone to stay here.
