Baymont Inn Suites Airport

The pictures on here of the hotel is nothing what it looks like. I contacted the desk the night we checked in (7/2) regarding weed smell in the room, because we were in a non smoking room, just to be told he will look into it in the morning. Mind you on each side of our room was smoking rooms. Why would you put non smoking right in the middle of smoking rooms? The bathroom door would not shut at all, the phone was very staticky, No secondary lock, (the secondary lock was the dead bolt and it would not lock), toilet seat was very loose, the room walls was nasty and had black mold on them, the bathtub had shoe marks on the bottom and someone's else pubic hairs on the side of the tub. Then when we got up this morning to take showers, we had no hot water. I went to the front upon checking out around 8 am to tell them the issues we had just to be told since I was on an employee rate I would need to call Choice Hotels because they would not do anything about it. Poor management.

Place is a dump. Outside office. Lots of shady characters. Parking lot activity all night. Bathroom ceiling peeling, cracked. Couch covered with a sheet. Spots on the bedspread. Burn marks on the tub.

Black mold forming in the upper corner of the bathroom, and all over the ceiling of the bed area. Room smells musty and damp. Other guests were talking, loudly, all night long!!!!!! Sheets had hair and what looked like cigarette ash. If I could give this zero rating, I would. Do not stay here. Please, if you can take anything from all of the reviews on this place, just don't stay here. Literally, pay the extra money, it is actually worth it. We minimized our time at the place to avoid being in the room longer than we needed to. Any locals, contact the health department since that really looks like black mold.
