Comfort Inn UNCC

This was a very busy hotel because of its location to the downtown area of Charlotte. There were two concerts happening the evening we checked in. It was good value for being only 15 minutes from the venue we were going to in downtown. They were under $100 while downtown area was asking $1000. We stayed with our pet, which is one of the reasons we chose this stay. It is affordable and clean. The room was a typical room for Red Roof. Nothing fancy, but had what you needed. It was quiet for the most part except one guest left their bark dog in the room across from us. The staff was super accommodating when making requests. There was continental breakfast in the morning, which was basic, but decent with waffles and breads. It was close to the park and ride rail system, which we used. A good economical stay.

If your considering staying here don't this is a very unsafe place my wife and I just stayed here first most of the room doors are broken I didn't notice that at first so during our stay 1 am someone comes in our room my dog and I jump up to attack guns out dog by my side but tell me this why did the door open with the deadbolt and latch open the guy at the front desk couldn't give me any good reason for this Red roof put my family's life's at risk for money it could be dead people on the ground because the staff this ain't dirty towels this is my family's safety and if that matters to you you don't come to red roof inn Charlotte equipment Dr im on a business trip and i have to sleep with a weapon I can't sleep comfortably thanks red roof nstars for you refund refund refund o
