Country Inn Charlotte Apt

Smelled like cigarettes. Beds terrible / hard Shower head hose split. Sprayed everywhere

So I had to book a last minute room for my son and his girlfriend because their connecting flight was canceled. When I booked on the app I still needed to call and figure out the shuttle for them and check in bc I paid for it. I spoke with Desmond at the front desk a few times and all I can say is he was AMAZING! I could tell how busy he was but he took the time to work with me and he never acted aggravated like some would. He was the most helpful and kindest front desk employee I’ve dealt with in a while. As a travel agent and someone that travels a lot myself, I deal with a lot of hotels and Desmond made things so easy and as a mom, I could tell that my son and his girlfriend would be well taken care of. Thank you Desmond for all your help!

While traveling to your destination and feel you should stay the night at nice location, don't stop at this property. This is a case of you get what you pay for.
