Hampton Inn Shelby

Our recent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Shelby, NC, was outstanding. The front desk and breakfast staff provided world-class service. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would like to recognize Ms. Kassie at the front desk and Ms. Llinda, who works in the breakfast area, for their positive attitudes towards customers and their excellent service. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Shelby.

The hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious, but they put us in a handicap room which I did not like or need. Asked to change the room, but they said they couldn’t.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. The check-in went smoothly. Breakfast is very clear. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet.
