Horrible never coming back white dude needs to learn basic respect, never coming back

Our family generally prefers to stay at a Hampton Inn when we travel. We appreciate the consistency between hotels. However, this Hampton Inn is as way above the others. The customer service was excellent and professional while still being warm. My room was exceptionally clean! It was a convenient location for me. While I wasn’t able to enjoy all the amenities, I found the hotel well appointed. The breakfast area was clean and well laid out. The hotel missed the fifth star because the breakfast was the same breakfast as all the other Hamptons. And while I like consistency, I would like to have seen some small difference. We were seeing a show at the Carolina Theater and needed a pet friendly hotel nearby. This hotel has a $75 pet fee. It was pretty nice overall. Seemed pretty clean which is especially important to me when I travel with my pup because he eats everything he finds on the floor. They had a nice free breakfast. Room was quiet. My biggest downside was that we were on the 6th floor and the WiFi wouldn’t really connect to our floor. We bring a pet cam to keep an eye on him and wasn’t able to get more than a couple of bars to even get it to set up. Oddly enough the main lobby didn’t really seem to have good connection either so I think maybe the WiFi was just poor overall. Other than that the hotel was great. It was close to where we were looking for a good value for us.
