HILTON GARDEN INN FAYETTEVILLE

The rooms are clean and stocked with everything. Friendly atmosphere. The staff is outstanding. Quiet hotel and average + in price overall. I recommend this hotel, right by Fort Bragg.

We had an exceptional stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. This was our next stop after leaving a very expensive resort. This room at the Hilton Garden Inn was roughly equivalent to the room at the four-star resort. The room was clean and quiet. The location was very good, and there was ample parking. The price of the room was a good value. This will be our top choice for staying in Fayetteville when we visit our son at Fort Bragg.

The management charged me THREE times for 1 room, 1 night stay. Front desk called after midnight, woke me up, to let me know the ledger showed I had been charged twice for the room, but it was the 3rd party booking problem. Not so. THREE charges showed up on my VISA bill. The front desk said the extras would "drop off" after pending. Again, not so. THREE charges stuck to my VISA bill. 3rd party said not their fault. So, I disputed charges with VISA. That's when I noticed the hotel falsley charged $3 for water we didn't drink! This "den of thieves" should be investigated for embezzlement. Stay somewhere, ANYWHERE, else but here!
