We could only stay one night because the room was not it! We checked in and the room was nice and spacious. The TV had maybe 7 channels and was located at the front of the room—no where near the beds. Speaking of, our beds were barely made. The bathroom had no shower curtain or shower wall. We couldn’t even take a shower. We took our kids to the pool and there were no towels. The front desk attendant brings out one towel (there were 3 of us) and says “This is all I have. We’re doing laundry.” …ok. I understand things were light because staff had off for the 4th but if that’s the case,close for those days.

Although the hotel looks new, we were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and facilities. The beds had stains and hair on them, and the bathroom washbasin was not properly cleaned either. There was no bath soap in the shower, so we had to use shampoo instead. To make it worse, many of the utensils were still sitting in the dishwasher and were not clean. We had to wash plates ourselves before using them. The bathroom doors were also extremely heavy, making them difficult to navigate, especially with kids. It did not feel very kid-friendly at all. The beds were also extremely soft, so I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone with back issues. For the amount of money we spent, this experience was really unacceptable and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless the cleanliness, basic amenities, and overall guest comfort are seriously improved.

This was an awesome stay! The lobby and rooms were warm and inviting! The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous! Kaharie insured our stay was comfortable pleasing and relaxing. This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at!
