Suburban Extended Stay Hotel

The motel and the room were sketchy, but management was sketchier. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The motel was smelly, but we were still hopeful. It turned out the room was dirty, smelly, had obviously broken furniture (a broken drawer literally hanging out of the dresser), and did not appear to have blankets. Everything looked pretty sad. We left after 5 minutes, but then it gets worse. Management refused a refund, first referring us to the manager (who was out until the next day), then to the website. Finally, they outright lied, saying we spent 2 1/2 hours in the room. It's physically impossible since within the hour, we were already safely checked into a nearby Extended Stay America, a much nicer place for nearly the same price.

ROACHES!!! ROACHES!!! ROACHES!!! FILTHY!!! MOTEL 6... HOW DO YOU ALLOW THIS PROPERTY TO BE BRANDED WITH YOUR NAME??. I HAVE DRIVEN CLEANER TRASH / REFUSE TRUCKS IN THE BACK!!! How did they get over 70% sanitary satisfaction rating? ROACHES!!! ROACHES!!! ROACHES!!! I slept with the lights on cause when I shut them off in the bathroom, the floor became alive. The floors and walls were filthy. ACTUALLY DIRTY. Showered. Walked across and my feet were filthy again. The paint was peeling across the top. The microwave looked like they pulled it from the landfill and put it into the room. It was nasty.... UNUSABLE!!!! The range top drip pans were blacker than car tires. The drawers inside the nightstand and dresser was nasty. The outlets didnt have covers or had broken covers. The light above the table never turned on. It never stopped smelling like cigarette smoke. And I do NOT smoke. THE FRIDGE... Was EXTREMELY CLEAN. Not sure how, but it was spotless. I understand this might be a last chance property for some that need emergency housing, BUT THIS WAS DISGUISTING!!!!!!

This is a low one star hotel. I give it one star because there are no zero stars. When I checked in, I was told there are no rooms with a television so OK, not a big deal for one night but then in the room, there was no toilet paper so I had to go to the front desk because there’s no phone to call when I got there at the front desk. There was another lady who was also there for toilet paper. I asked one of the two ladies at the front desk,where the ice was. The in attendant told me that the ice machine was in the laundry room. Went to the laundry room there was an old ice machine, but it had no ice. I went back to the front desk, and the other attendant explained to me that the hotel does not have ice, not that the machine was broken or it would be fixed just that the hotel does not have ice. So, they get a zero for customer service and for basic attitude towards the customer.
