Super 8 Motel - Fayetteville

Paid for reservation, went to check in at 2am after working long hours I was told I could not check in until after 3pm. When ask for my refund I was told it would take up to 14 days to get my money back. I proceeded to talk to the manager on duty and was told it was my fault that I did not ask questions about early check ins and they would charge me 45 dollars for that. This do not make sense to me. The manager on duty was very rude she kept hanging up every time I called to get information. needless to say I will never be returning back to this particular hotel.

I went there to see a wedding first night was fine the next night I got up I went I was gone all day came back and went to sleep woke up at 3 in the morning went out to smoke a cigarette didn't realize I shut the door unlocked myself out went down to the office or the window on the side at night ask the man for the key locked myself out went back up came back in grab something to come back outside to to smoke my cigarette or pick up my lighter the door shut again so I had to go back down there for key I did I didn't realize it and he got really mad at me told me if I locked myself again I needed to stay out don't come back and ring his belt at his door so the next minute I go in and give the kids wife inside I tell her the way she talk was very rude he doesn't charge me I got he's my daddy I made a mistake here's the other key I will be back go up to the store come back go to my room and I can't get in my room it won't unlock so I go down to the window and she called whoever and I go in the inside them inside the building and tell her man I know I didn't check out I just wanted the store man I'm sorry can I please have the key she just told me a room give me a key I went up there let myself in 5 minutes later there's all through the door knocking tell me I've got to get my s*** together I'm getting there getting calls that I was down there wielding a knife at the lady and I need to pack my stuff early so I'm not what are you talking about how to call my daughter it was her wedding day I had to call her away from her wedding it was horrible the most worst thing I've been doing they also said I was not building it out there I just go to save problems then I did not get my deposit back or the money from the other two days I stayed I tried to call them to ask for it they wouldn't even answer the phone for me and then whatever you know please that's horrible to do that I tried to call and say look I'm on my 50 dollars back and at least half the money for me not staying here because I was just thrown to the curb there was no they sign up things saying I can't come back on the property that made it criminal which I can pull the footage now and I can get the car to pull it and I can sue them for that okay I'll try to call and say just give me my money on contacting earlier they wouldn't even respond to me so no that's horrible so I'm making the worst whatever I got to do they're not nice people

At check they were not very personable just charged me a deposit hand me my key to room and that’s it. The room didn’t feel clean but grimy, it was missing the box of tissue, no hot water to face sink, the drain plug from the tub was off and just laying in the tub, the face towel looked like there was something black on it, and for a non smoker the room just had a strange odor. I was not told like what time was breakfast, the pool hours or nothing, for a platinum member I expected things would be a bit more business friendly. I will never stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone. Thankfully there are several hotels off the exit so I will choose differently next time.
