RENAISSANCE ASHEVILLE HOTEL

The hotel was clean and centrally located. The room was clean, but bathroom felt small. However, the shower pressure was awesome! They had self and valet parking. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was really good. There are restaurants, an amphitheater and park within walking distance. Biltmore Estates, mall and outlet mall is about a 15-20 minute drive from hotel. I would stay here again.

Liked everything about the hotel. Location was very good in the heart of downtown walking distance to many restaurants. My only dissatisfaction was with with the mirrors in the guest room. The bathroom mirror was very illuminated but it did not have an up close magnifying mirror for makeup application. The full length mirror was very dimly lit so you also could not see detail in that mirror as well. I went out every evening not knowing what I was looking like. Feeling like I was looking very not put together in terms of my makeup and as a woman that was very important. Other than that customer service was good. Bed was comfortable a little on the expensive side.

Was therefore a jazz festival. The hotel is awesome. Staff is awesome. I only have two recommendations for the rooms: 1. More light in the bathroom for us to put on our makeup. 2. If possible an upgrade on toilet paper.
