Best Western Plus Executive Inn

Writing about my stay on July to Aug-2026. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Excelent service and Room is clean. Free breakfast, WiFi. No noise and Room size is big and comfortable. Location is perfect for Gastonia office coverage.

Even though I like Best Western but it is very sad to say that that place was terrible. It must be closed permanently or at least renewed first and then go back to business. And it is 2026, I think every guest excepts a little bit better service...

Hallways smell like cigarettes, hot water was warm at best. Ice maker in 1st floor broken. No elevator in building. With so many other hotels within walking distance not worth the money to stay here.
