I would have rather slept at the airport than stay here. We had a flight delay and needed a hotel and most of Charlotte was booked out due to a concert; we got to this hotel after midnight and it was the last room available so we didn't have much choice. Our room was infested with little red roaches. They were all through the place and even in the bed during the night. They quickly infested a bag of food we sat on the dresser. The bathroom had the toilet seat up with dead roaches in the water when we arrived. There wasn’t a drop of soap in the bathroom to wash our hands. There were 2 small towels in the bathroom that looked like floor bath mats to use amongst 3 people. The sheets had stains. There was mold on the sides of the furniture and curtains. The bed fell off the frame when sat on the edge of it. I could go on with more things. Generally it was appalling and unacceptable and if you have any other choice, do not stay here.

Hideous! Floor had huge soft spot, tiles pushing up and felt like you'd fall through. Bugs in the bathroom. Smells like cigarette smoke. Room was in need of updates. Looked like it hasn't been updated in 30 years. Trash all over outside of the building. Breakfast was meger.

Never again!! After leaving a past review, management contacted me via email stating they have corrected the issues. So I decided to give them another chance.. and that was a huge mistake. They are absolutely disgusting! No improvements were made. Advise for future stayers!! PULL YOUR COMFORTER COMPLETELY OFF BED AND LOOK!! There were huge mold stains on their beds!!! Not just one room. After finding the mold on one bed they gave me another room. After the 3rd room, I demanded a refund!!! I have pictures to prove this and the lady at the front desk took pictures as well
