Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville

Do not stay here, hot water was a major issue that had no urgency to fix. Room have recently been renovated but mine had an odd odor to it. Breakfast was terrible. The food was cold and stale. Stay somewhere else for cheaper and get hot water.

We came to Jacksonville to visit our son stationed at Camp Geiger. Our friends were staying at a Best Western Plus in Greenville SC and were happy with the service and the fact that a full breakfast was offered. It prompted me to look for the same hotel for our visit to Jacksonville and I’m grateful for the recommendation. We are on a budget and the price was very good and the breakfast was great. The amazing service made us feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen manager was accommodating with our requests for turkey sausage and all the people there served us with huge smiles and acknowledged us when we would walk by. They literally helped us with everything we asked for or needed. When we shared the price of the room with our children before arriving, they asked if the rooms were going to be dirty, but we told them no and the rooms were extremely clean and updated. The whole facility was very clean and you would expect to pay more for such a nice facility. We will definitely be back!

Great stay for a great price! Friendly staff, clean modern room and great breakfast. Excellent all around experience. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location. Walking distance to Walmart and Golden Corral. Very pleased customer
