Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sanford

We've been coming here annually for about 10 years as a Cross Country Team to compete at Lee County High School. We worked with Ciya and everything was taken care of. Rooms and property are in good condition. Breakfast area was opened up early for us on Saturday morning. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. As I always state in my reviews, the first check I look for once we arrive is maintenance of the local area, is there trash on the ground? Do the trash cans need emptying? This hotel has always done a wonderful job in all areas.

We came into town for a wedding and booked 7 rooms total. They kept us all on the same floor and we didn't even ask for that. ALL of the hotel staff were amazing!! They provided the best customer service and all were friendly and engaging. The breakfast buffet was full of options and the staff attending to it kept it fully stocked. We had great service and enjoyed mini family reunions each morning. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were, with our stay here. If we come back into town we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for the excellent experience!

I stayed for several nights. What a special surprise to find a dog bowl filled with treats and toys in my room. Special mention to Ally at the front desk who managed a few challenging moments with grace and professionalism. And she always greets you with a smile. I also love the variety at breakfast for grab n go.
