Wonderful staff at the hotel. Jenna was great and very helpful. Always smiling. Got a box with chocolates, very sweet. Nice stay. Hotel needs some upgrades but overall a clean and comfortable stay. Pete

The staff were nice but I would not recommend staying here to my worst enemy. We paid for our trip in February, our stay was this October. However when we went to check out he moron at the front desk said that the card was declined both is not true because the trip was already confirmed to be paid for. My wife’s card was charged an additional time so we were charged 3 times in total for our stay. I still have not received my credit back from when I was charged Again. I would never stay here again, the staff here are running a scam.

We visited Wilmington and although we had a room reserved for a couple of weeks, there was a wee bit of concern raised. First at the check-in we caught the clerk at a bad moment or day. We received our room cards, went up to our room and entered an unserviced room, and returned to the desk to get two new room cards. The service improved afterward, hence our feelings that we just arrived at an abnormal moment.
