Quality Inn and Suites

I was charged for a deluxe room, The room looked like a room from the 90s; dirty furniture, foul odor, and the bed linen felt damp. I had to leave because the room was not up to my standards. Hotel refused to refund me even though it was their fault I did not stay. I booked this reservation through booking.com. Booking.com refused to refund me as well. I would not reccomend this hotel to a dog.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! TRUST me, this place is too far gone to renivate. It should have been torn down tears ago. We're traveling from Pittsburgh to Myrtle and as I'm getting older I don't like to drive the whole way in one day I booked this place on line because I never had a bad experience with Quality Inn The exterior is extremely dirty. The room was dated 50 years ago The pillows are like baby size and the door is so bent the safety latch doesn't work The only saving grace is that I didn't find any bugs

My daughter is there right now with her boyfriend who had to go for nursing school. The manager, Tom, barged in the room with her half naked screaming at her because they were late checking out. Her boyfriend was currently in the lobby to pay for another night. I guess he doesn't have an issue with cussing and terrorizing half naked women. She has ptsd and called me in the grips of an extreme panic attack. The low rating for security is well deserved if that is how the staff respects guest privacy and decency. One knock and instantly storming in without even a pause. Seeing a young woman barely covered and proceeding to continue without giving her a chance to cover herself.
