Americas Best Value Inn & Suites

Terrible experience - one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff were friendly, but the room was musty-smelling, and you could tell that it had been a smoking room in years past. All the amenities were very dated and the A/C unit was finicky. There is no active fan in the bathroom, so whenever someone takes a shower, the moisture is trapped in the room, which probably accounts for the musty smell. However, the absolute worst part of it all was the insanely LOUD creaky floor above our room. I have never heard such an annoyingly loud floor. EVERY SINGLE STEP the guest took above us produced an absurd creaking and cracking sound, almost as if the floor was going to split and burst open - a sign of definite water damage. Considering all the issues, this hotel is a terrible value. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere better.

This was our first stop on a long 15 day road trip out West and back. The check-in lady was friendly, room was pretty clean, and the breakfast was plenty to start the next day.

Clean, comfortable, affordable rooms. We were in town for my husbands surgery. The staff was awesome and made our stay very pleasant and stress free. They also had a good breakfast buffet.
