SUPER 8 FARGO/I-29/WEST ACRES

When we checked in we noticed the dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed so we turned the drawers towards the wall to be able to walk in the room. There was all kinds of dirt, candies, trash, pizza, and a used tampon under the dresser. There was poop on the toilet seat and the toilet didn’t flush. The walls had brown smears in the room and in the bathroom. Pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the sink. The refrigerator was dirty. The microwave was dirty, old, and unused due to no microwave plate. The parking lot was trashy and full of weirdos who looked they were doing drug deals and selling ass. We were immediately dissatisfied and refused a refund. With no other options we returned that evening only to walk in and have my children subjected to contact high from the thick odors of marijuana. Again we were refused a refund. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever, for any reason. I have 3 nights left they won’t refund and I’m pissed. DO NOT book this property.

If it's the cleanest, why do they use the name "supper 8" on I-29? They should use Bison, not another name.

This place is awful. 1 star is generous. The hallways stink and are filthy. Holes in the carpet and walls. The rooms are gross. Dirty mattresses with black hair all over the sheets and potato chips and other crumbs and food on the floors. Absolutely do not stay here!
