Fairfield Inn By Marriott Grand Forks

We stayed in Rm 208 and the mattress was the worst mattress that we slept on. When one of us would move even just a little the mattress shook. It felt that we were on a water bed with no baffles in it. It wasn't a water bed. I talked to someone else and their mattress was very squeaky. Another couple said their mattress wasn't as comfortable as the one that they had a home. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. They had a cheese omelet and sausage patties, waffles, yogurt, toast, bagels. I told them about the mattress so I hope they replace it. We won't be back unless I hear that they got new mattresses.

We've stayed at AmeriVu Inn a couple times before, so I had no qualms about reserving another night this past month. Grand Forks can get very busy and the hotels are expensive; I find AmeriVu Inn very reasonable. Each stay has been great! The rooms have been clean, the beds have been comfortable. We have had both double queen rooms and king rooms. Again, clean and roomy. I have never had an issue with noise and hearing neighbors. Staff have been friendly and helpful. I actually really like that you pay up front instead of paying at the end of your stay-you are not able to charge anything extra to your room-LOVE THAT. We have come into town early and staff accommodate an early check in each time. Will continue to stay here.

Rooms are well appointrd, clean and reasonable but for valued added the manage Josh is truly very special as he greets customers with a smile and personal welcome
