Great hotel, love the laundry facility and work out room!! The pool was a little cold, but still swimmable, and the breakfast was delicious!!

Great location, but under renovation. This hotel has had better days. First room we were offered had a tattered carpet that one could easily trip over. However, they did place us in another room on same floor

This is now the fourth Holiday Inn in 6 days, and I'm getting less and less excited about staying in anymore on this trip. This one had a refrigerator that barely cooled, with no freezer section at all! I depend on freezing bottles of water at night for my job and this is very frustrating for a higher end property not to have this. There was low sink pressure, and the sink won't hold water at all. The shower door was dangerous! One door was not on the track and in trying to move it it almost came off. It is quite heavy, made of glass, and could easily have created great injury! I like the shower idea but there is no skid resistant bottom, and a grab bars are external types used inside the shower. This is very dangerous! Soapy hands cannot hang on to smooth stainless steel! These should be textured handles inside. Throughout the facility, as with each of the properties of stayed with, your Ecolab hand sanitizer dispensers are all not working! Is this a cost-saving measure or just pure laziness? Every property has had this issue. Most if not all of the furniture in the breakfast area had damaged fabric. The breakfasts and every one of the h i e Properties has been exactly the same. Gets kind of monotonous when there is no variety. And I am definitely not a fan of the liquid soaps either. Trying to use one at the sink it shot all the way across the bathroom! What a mess! BTW, DO NOT refrigerate the honey. It not only is not necessary, it actually makes it like paste and almost impossible to use.
