Highway robbery at $160/night. What you'd expect for a motel at chateau pricing. Taking advantage and upping their pricing during a kids hockey tournament and then saying we got a discounted team rate when it wasn't any kind of a deal at all. Friends decided to stay last minute and got a lower rate then us for a bigger room with a kitchenette. Cancelation policy under team rate wasn't great and miscommunication caused us to have to pay for extra night we had cancelled. Front desk staff was pleasant but won't stay here again.

Property is filthy and unsafe. Code violations all over. I'm curious how the city has not condemned it. Emergency entrance exit has broken return hanging from door frame. Covered in grease, exposed electrical wires. Windows all smeared, food court filthy. Mold on our room, bathroom ceiling peeling, Kleenex Despenser rusting. This place is a dump. My exact words when asked why we were checking out early.

Went with the family for a small get away so kids could have some fun. We stayed at the hotel before the kids and us have enjoyed the splash park, but now they have bracelets that you have to purchase in order to use the entire pool area.. ok first of all, I am already paying a large amount of money for the hotel room from rooms prices that before were $120 a night is now $150 a night plus I need to purchase a pool Bracelet which is for a family of 5 that’s $50 just to use the pool... I don’t understand why I have to pay for the pool when it’s in the building and I am already paying for the hotel room.. they are starting to get greedy ! Won’t be back again, unless you get back to your old ways.
