HAMPTON INN CINCINNATI-BLUE AS

This hotel is a hazard to your health and safety. Stay away. After checking in at the front desk after a long drive and a full day at the tennis tournament, I went up to my room and saw that the door was ajar - it was already open. Who knows could have been in there waiting for my arrival. My brother, who also got a room there, went to the bathroom, hoping to take a shower. The first thing he noticed was the toilet bowl filled with excrement. Then, when he tried to take a shower, there was NO HOT WATER! The same was true in my room. We later heard when checking out that this was true for the entire hotel. Why weren't we told that before they took our money for the rooms. I have been a guest of Hampton Inn at many locations - I expected much more than I received. If I could rate it a negative 10, I would.

Avoid this place at all costs! They refused to clean our room, then tried to tell us it’s policy but couldn’t show us where it says that. No clean towels, no garbage emptied. Water leaking hallway. This place is disgusting. Called Hilton and they said this is a franchise and I guess the owners don’t care. Stay anywhere else but here, seriously.

Grace at the front desk was amazing and so kind and helpful exactly the kind of friendly person you want to see after a long trip. The rooms are spacious amazing breakfast quiet hotel. Would definitely stay again.
