Comfort Inn & Suites Brandywine Valley

Nice, clean, and updated hotel. They ever make your room everyday!! Decent free breakfast. Nothing special but a basic clean hotel. Don’t read the old reviews.

The hotel seemed clean and was a good value. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The issue was waking up to ants all over the table. We were on the second floor in the middle of the building, so it wasn’t even a ground-level room. When I told the staff, it felt like they already knew about it. Their only response was “sorry,” which wasn’t very helpful. Since I was only staying one night, I let it go, but if it had been a longer stay, I would’ve been pretty upset with the lack of response.

Found bed bug crawling on bed. Nagged it and brought down to front desk. The girl at the front desk called the manager, Brittney who in turn called the owner of this hotel. The owner of the hotel's name is Vimao Patel. He refused to move our room. I called IHG and they contacted the owner and he still refused. Apparently corporate IHG has no power over owners decisions. DON'T STAY HERE! It is very apparent that the owner doesn't care about his guests.
