Holiday Inn Hotel Suites Cincinnati Eastgate I 275e

Hotel was dirty. Floors were u swept and had debris on the floor. The window had dust cakes around the ledge, mold on the bathroom ceiling. It was gross!!

After being on the road for seven hours I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep. It was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. I would have to say the entrance and lobby are impressive but it ends there.

We recently stayed here. The hotel was fine. I am writing this review because I want to give recognition to a great employee, Josh C. (Asst. Mgr). He was excellent multiple times with top-notch customer service. We will stay here again.
