Comfort Inn - Suites Downtown

Veronica at the front desk is so accommodating and friendly. She fixed all of my problems, turned a disaster (self made) into a blessing. If not for looking around and seeing the Holiday Inn logo, I’d think I was inside of an Intercontinental based upon my conversation with her. Thank you Veronica!!!!

Dated and in serious need of renovation. The rooms had a musty smell, dirty carpet and massively outdated furniture. Took this room because closest to a wedding venue. Big mistake. Would not recommend.

This is a very pleasant hotel with kind, accommodating staff. When I asked for a room higher up, they quickly changed my room. Rooms were very clean and quite comfortable. Parking was easy. I would certainly stay here again when in Columbus.
