Extended Stay Deluxe Columbus - Polaris

It has been very nice, friendly and they are quick to help whenever you need it !! The rate has been very good. I have been here since December 2nd and plan to stay at least one more month !!

I am celebrating 49 years of nursing (RN) this month (09/06). During my career, I always stayed during my traveling nursing positions, at an Extended Stay America Suites (ESA) when I traveled. My current stay is solo, and I am staying at the ESA - Polaris, and I must say this hotel far exceeds my prior stay, and has been THE best! The management team (Toni Pettifird, General Manager, and Patricia Collier, Assistant General Manager) is fantastic. I don't want to miss any names; however, every one of the ESA-Polaris colleagues is wonderful, caring, friendly, always willing to help, go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I am unable to name everyone, but to name a few—at the Polaris: Amy, Joseph, Brandy, both evening and night shift staff, and everyone in Housekeeping. Everyone cares. Trip to Columbus Zoo we went to stay a night so we could go to the zoo The room was very clean We didn't eat breakfast not much to choose from Plenty of parking space Staff on front desk was really nice We didn't come in contact with housekeeping because we arrived late and left early But I give you guys a 5 star on everything When we need a hotel again in that area we will defiantly stay here We also got a reasonable price on our room on line
